Harnaaz Sandhu has already started aiming for her inevitable journey ahead, after brining home the Miss Universe crown.
The 21 year old model from Punjab, who’s brought the Miss Universe title back to India – 21 years after the country last won it with Lara Dutta, has expressed that now aspires to be an acterss.
Much like all previous winners of beauty pageants, Harnaaz too is starry-eyed about the glitzy world of showbiz, however she insists that she’s willing to do it her own way.

Interestingly, Sandhu has already featured in Punjabi films like – Yaara Diyan Poo Baran, but she now also aims to go mainstream, and one of those projects she has in her mind is a – Priyanka Chopra biopic.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, when asked about whose biopic she’d like to feature in, here is what Harnaaz was quoted as saying:
“Priyanka Chopra. I would love to love to be part of that. I think she has inspired me throughout her journey and she will keep on inspiring millions of us.”
Priyanka truly has had quite a journey. From her schooling in United States, to her beauty pageant days and her Miss World win in the year 2000, her early success and rise to prominence in Bollywood and then her advent to Hollywood.
We’d say, we’re here for Harnaaz as Priyanka…
