Aamir Khan’s much-talked-about and highly anticipated flick, Laal Singh Chaddha has been postponed again.
The film, which was previously set for a release this year, will now be hitting the theaters on April 14 2022.
Actress Kareena Kapoor, who plays Aamir Khan’s love-interest in the film, took to her Instagram to announce the new release date of the film, along with a brand new poster, featuring both in their look for the film.
“We are happy to share our new poster and our new release date.” – she announced.
Laal Singh Chaddha is said to be based on Hollywood’s iconic classic – Forrest Gump, which has largely been cited as a cult classic by cinephiles. The film also earned Hollywood actor Tom Hanks an Oscar in the ‘Best Actor’ category back in the year 1995.
Will Aamir Khan and his team be able to recreate the magic, out of a script that has already been familiarized with the masses and loved by them to this extent for several years?
