Aasif Sheikh has played one of the most loved characters of Indian television. That of Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, in the famous and hit show – Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai.
Even after years of successful runs and repeats of the comedy series, it continues to attract large viewership and the success reflects on the faces of it’s talented star-cast.
Recently, Aasif celebrated his 57th birthday and threw a party for his industry collogues and close family members, including his wife and son and it was quite a happening affair.
Among those who attended the celebration were – Nehha Pendse, Shubhangi Atre, Rohitashv Gaur, Soumya Tandon (who used to play his wife on the show), Yogesh Tripathi (who plays Happu Seth – the inspector) and Rohitash Gaud (who famously portrays Manmohan Tiwari on the same show).
There were also some other well-known faces of film and television who participated in Aasif’s special day.

Only a few weeks ago, Aasif had also been awarded by the World Book Of Records, for playing over 300 characters on the show. Which is quite a feat in itself.
Clearly he remains one of the most loved faces of Indian television.
