Kashmiri Sikh Community Protests On Roads After Terrorists Kill School Principal Supinder Kour

Kashmiri Sikh community decided to hit the streets, marching in protest of the recent terrorist killing of Kashmiri school principal Supinder Kour.

The state is marred by a series of such terrorist attacks in the past week alone, in which innocent civilians have been brutally killed by radicals.

People, who were marching outside on the streets of Srinagar and elsewhere, demanded immediate action and answers from the government, seeking justice for the lives lost.

Kour was shot dead by terrorists at the school, in which she works as a principal in in Idgah, on Thursday morning.

Supinder’s mother-in-law Nisser Kour couldn’t help but ask the same question again and again:

“What was the fault of my daughter-in-law. She never did anything wrong. Why was she killed so ruthlessly. Shoot me also. I don’t want to live.”

The powerful images of resilience in the face of terror, as people marched on the streets for justice, not only overwhelms you with emotion – but also makes you ask the age-old question – when will this end?

RIP to Supinder Kour and to others who lost their lives to terror in Kashmir this past month.
