Shershaah seems to have garnered praise and adoration from all quarters of moviegoers. Be it critics or audiences, the film has managed to strike a chord with millions across the country, as it gets declared quite a success on streaming platforms.

Based on the life and martyrdom of Indian Army’s Captain Vikram Batra, with actor Sidharth Malhotra essaying the lead character, the film is an emotional tale, which eventually evokes a keen sense of patriotism in it’s audiences.

And it has done the same to actor – Kamal Hassan, who can’t help but shower praises on this critically acclaimed venture.

The actor took to his Twitter handle after watching the film, and stated how he wasn’t particularly a fan of how Indian films depicted our soldiers on celluloid, but Shershaah turned out to be an exception in the class.

The ‘Chaachi 420’ actor said that coming from a patriotic family, the film induced a sense of pride in him for our soldiers.

He also congratulated the cast, crew and producers of the film :

Looks like Shershaah has clearly turned into a most applauded movie of the year, so far.
