A viral rendition of ‘Sandese Aate Hai’ is bringing the nationalist-fervour out of people.
The iconic patriotic song from the movie ‘Border’, has always been used as a tribute-song for our country’s armed forces, and a new heartfelt and soulful rendition, going viral now is touching the right chords with everyone.
In the backdrop of Ladakh’s glorious mountains and landscape, the viral video features folk singers – Padma Dolkar and Stanzin Norgais, delivering an acoustic version of the track, while strumming a guitar.
The wicked simplicity and purity of their voices has given a new flavour to this 90’s classic, and people just can’t seem to get enough of it since it went viral in mid-January.
The version has even caught the attention of several celebrities like Raveena Tandon and Adil Hussain, among others – who can’t help but love everything about it.
