Kay Kay Menon Wins Dadasaheb Phalke Award For Being ‘The Most Versatile Actor’

Kay Kay Menon is one of those actors of the Hindi film industry, who have constantly been ignored and undermined by the flamboyance-obsessed mainstream, including the award ceremonies known for chasing what’s popular.

But that has never been able to stop the talented and versatile star’s ability to constantly wow us with his performances every now and then.



From his early work in movies like ‘Paanch’ and ‘Bhopal Express’ to his stellar performances in recent films like – Haider and Baby, Kay Kay Menon has remained a force to be reckoned with.

Now to acknowledge his work and contribution to Hindi cinema in the past 20 years, the actor has been presented with the extremely prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award.

The 54 year old has been honoured with the recognition which has also lableled him as the ‘most versatile actor.’
