Anushka Sharma has finally stepped into the world of motherhood.
The ‘NH 10’ actress gave birth to a healthy baby girl early afternoon on the 11th of January, as both her and hubby Virat, become first-time parents.
Virat took to his social media handles to share the news himself, expressing his joy in starting this new chapter with wifey. Here’s what he stated:
“We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat.”

The two had made public their pregnancy last year in August, announcing to the world that they were soon going to be ‘three.’
Virat and Anushka tied the knot on December 11, 2017 in the presence of few close friends and family members in Italy.
