Shiv Sena on Sushant: “Mumbai Gave Him Prosperity, Bihar Didn’t Stand By Him”

It seems that a lot of people aren’t happy with the involvement of other states and centre in the ongoing investigation pertaining to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Ever since the case has gone to CBI, with the approval of Supreme Court, the ruling state government of Maharashtra has made a number of statements and allegations pertaining to the same.

Now in an article in Mumbai daily – Saamna, Shiv Sena has expressed their disappointment over Bihar government and police’s interference in the ongoing investigation.

Here’s what a recent statement from them read:

“Bihar government should not have interfered in the matter of Sushant Singh Rajput. Over the last few years, Sushant was a Mumbaikar. Mumbai gave him prosperity and Bihar didn’t stand by him during his struggle.”

The article further states:

“The Bihar police is not Interpol. Mumbai police are investigating the matter and another state should not have gotten involved in this… Everyone deserves to know the truth, but it is not true that only the CBI or the Bihar police can find it out.”

Despite what is being said by the spokespersons of Maharashtra and Mumbai’s leading political parties, it is clear that those who have been campaigning for justice to be delivered in this case, want a thorough CBI investigation.
