In a rather shocking and saddening news coming from the Indian film fraternity today, actor Sushan Singh Rajput is no longer with us.
The 34 year old star has committed suicide at his home in Mumbai. According to early reports, the actor was found hanging at his apartment in Mumbai, during the early hours of the morning.
It was the actor’s house help, who had called his friends after being unable to open his door. Upon arrival, Sushant’s friends broke-open the door, only to find him hanging inside.
It is uncertain right now, what drove the promising star to take his own life.
Less than a decade since making his big-screen debut in 2013’s Kai Po Chei, the actor had delivered a number of box office and critical successes and had a promising career ahead of him, with a number of new releases in the pipeline.
The news of his untimely demise, comes as a major shock to his colleagues and friends from the Hindi film industry, who are lending their thoughts and prayers through social media.
