There were some pretty fantastic gem of movies created in the last ten years, that may not have won the ‘mainstream Bollywood awards’ or even enticed viewers to stock in front of the movie theatres.
But these little big gems in Hindi cinema, were greater than the numbers some of their counterparts generated at the box office. If history serves them right, these movies will go down the memory lane of cinema-lovers, as the best of this era.
Compiling the list of the best, Hindi cinema had to offer this past decade, we have curated a new list – which features gems like ‘Mukti Bhawan, ‘Ankho dekhi’ and more.
In our latest video, we have attempted to pay homage to these masterpieces, majority of which, were over-looked by audiences upon their release. Honorable mentions go to movies like – Shahid and Gali Guleiyan – which didn’t make the cut.
