As the decade has come to closure, we are attempting to put together a number of music and movie-inspired lists that are going to sum-up, how the world of entertainment fared during the last ten years.
Kicking things off, our team at Soundpasta, recently put together a video compiling the list of the ten highest grossing films of the decade and some of the inclusions may actually take you by surprise.
While the likes of Aamir Khan and Salman Khan remained a commercial force, a few ‘new’ faces made their significant mark at the box office, during this period.
While star-studded potboilers continued to attract the masses, but at the same time there was a remarkable shift towards content-driven cinema, making movies like ‘Andhadhun’ and ‘Secret Superstar’ notable successes.
