Ranu Mondal’s make-up artist has come to her defence after the aspiring singer became the butt of all jokes with her ‘make-up-transformation’ pics.
From her Instagram account ‘sandhyasmakeover’, the woman in question shared another pic from the event which saw Ranu don a ton of make-up on her face, stating she looked very different that the much-edited picture that was made viral on social media.
She shared both the ‘real’ and ‘fake’ images side by side, drawing a comparison and urging people to stop ridiculing the singer and spreading fake news.
Here’s what she had to say:
‘As you can see, this is the difference between the work that we have done and the ‘fake’ picture that has been edited to an extent. All the jokes and trolls are fine and they make us laugh too but to hurt someone sentiments, that’s not a very good thing to do. We truly hope that you all will understand the truth and realise the difference between the fake one and the one that is genuine. That’s all we ask for.’
