The aspiring singer, who got fame after her viral video of singing and performing at a railway station caught the attention of the country, has been flying high on her new found fame.
The 59 year old has not only recorded a few cuts for Bollywood flicks, but has also been appearing on red carpet events and appearing on several national interviews, with reporters flocking around her.
To amplify the fact that she really has stepped-into the glam-world, Mondal not only made an appearance at a recent fashion event in the city but also walked the ramp with a thorough make-over.
Wearing tons of make-up, with a foundation several tones lighter than her real shade, Ranu Mondal’s pictures have now been going viral on social media.
