Sushant Singh Rajput paid a visit to his hometown in Bihar, after a period of 17 years, fulfilling his late mother’s wish.
In an emotional trip “back home”, after spending the past many years in Delhi and Mumbai, Sushant was all up in his feelings as he touched down at his ‘born-place’ – Maldiha in the Purnea district of the state.
In images clicked by the thousands that surrounded and greeted him in the area, Sushant was accompanied by his father KK Singh, along with his cousins and some other relatives.
According to reports, one of the reasons for Sushant’s visit to the place was to fulfill her mother’s and grandmother’s wishes, who had prayed for his successful life when he was young.
It was clearly a bittersweet moment for the actor, who lost his mother when he was only 16 years old.
