After years of struggle and hard-work, the ‘Stree’ star finally bought the kind of house he had dreamed of since his ‘trying times’ and he took it as an opportunity to look back and reflect on his journey.
Hosting a ‘Graha Pravesh’ puja at his new sea-facing apartment in Madha islands, Mumbai, Pankaj talked about his days of living underneath a tin-roof with his wife Mridula Tripathi.
While speaking to IANS, Pankaj recollected his journey:
“Today, my wife Mridula and I own our dream house. But I haven’t forgotten my one-room shed with its tin roof in Patna. One night, the rains and wind were so intense that one of the tin sheets blew away and I was left looking at the naked sky. It was our dream home, a love nest at the seaside. Now I’ve finally bought our dream house in Madh Island. My wife got very emotional after we shifted into our new home.”
Now that is what you really call – realizing one’s dreams.
