Before we get to see how Priyanka and Nick Jonas’ Hindu wedding culminated and how gorgeous the two looked in traditional Indian bride and groom attire (as we assume), the duo has shared some pretty cool footage from their ‘Sangeet’ ceremony, which seemed to have taken place right before they tied the knot this past week.
Jonas is in Jodhpur, India, along with his entire clan and close-family members – where the duo have already formalized their union, as per both – Christian and Hindu traditions.

But before we get to have a detailed look at the pictures from their extended wedding celebration at the luxurious heritage hotel by Taj, Priyanka has given us a sneak-peak into their pre-wedding functions – which basically looked like a grand Bollywood-inspired show. (Or may be, it just was?)
From Nick Jonas shaking a leg in traditional Kurta Pajama, to brother Joe – singing a few of his own tunes on stage, while a number of professional dancers accompanied their well-choreographed performances – it was as ‘perfect’ as an Indian Sangeet ceremony could be.

“It all began as a fierce song & dance competition between the families but ended, as always. as a huge celebration of love. Nick and I were looking forward to the Sangeet (musical evening). another pre wedding ritual.. and to see what each side had put together. And what a performance it was.”
Explaining the ‘pre’ musical event some more, PC further added:
“Each family telling our stories through song and dance, filled with lots of laughter and love. We were both filled with gratitude for the effort, the love and the laughter and will carry the memories of this special evening for the rest of our lives.
