If you’ve ever wondered about the equation Kareena Kapoor shares with Sara Ali Khan and her sibling – Ibrahim, then the actress is finally putting a rest to it.
Sara, 25 and Ibrahim, 17, are children from Saif’s first marriage with actress Amrita Singh, one of whom is already gearing for her big-screen debut alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. Kareena who seems to have bonded well with the family since her marriage to Saif in the year, 2012 shares a rather cordial and friendly relationship with the twosome.

Back at their home, the Pataudi mansion that is, things aren’t really as complex as gossip columns would like to imagine. At least, that is what Kareena says.
In a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, the ‘Omkara’ actress opened-up like never before and reflected at the kind of equation she shares with Saif’s ‘all-grown-up’ children.
Here is what she said:
“I can only hope and pray for the best for her. I have always said this to Saif, Sara and Ibrahim that I can only be their friend, I can never be their mother because they already have an amazing mother who’s brought them up spectacularly. I’m meant to be their friend. I love them dearly and whenever I am wanted or my advice needed, I’m there for both at any point in their life.”
Interesting.
Earlier this month, Saif and Sara made an appearance on Koffee With Karan and in a very candid fashion, Sara quipped on how Kareena would in fact be ‘shocked’ if she was to be addressed as a ‘chhoti maa.’
