Sakshi Tanwar Adopts a Baby Girl, Says It is The ‘Greatest Moment’ Of Her Life

After taking over the world of Television in the early 2000’s and smoothly transitioning to the big-screen, proving her metal with movies like ‘Dangal’, actress Sakshi Tanwar has now added another chapter in her life – Motherhood.

The 45 year old powerhouse, who’s been a symbol of feminism and women empowerment, has yet again proven that you don’t need to step-into a marriage to start your own beautiful little family.

The actress has adopted an adorable baby girl this past week, who would soon be turning 9 months old. Sharing the news with her fans, Sakshi revealed that has named the little one – ‘Dityaa’ – which basically means, ‘blessing from Goddess Laxmi.’

The actress was quoted telling Times Of India:

“With the blessings of my parents and the support of my family and friends, I have adopted a baby girl who would soon turn 9 months old. I am extremely delighted to share my happiness with you as I welcome the bundle of joy in my life. This is undoubtedly the greatest moment of my life and I and my entire family are elated to embrace Dityaa. She is the answer to all my prayers and I feel blessed to have her in my life..”
