Sometimes pictures have the power to speak louder than words, and manage to tell the stories and the backdrops of their subjects, without anyone needing to say much.

Photographer Faiyaz Ahmed captured the living, sustaining and breathing life of Gujarat for his recent Instagram project – and they beautiful not only capture the essence of the state, but tell the stories of the various lives, that inhabit it.

Ahmed – who’s work on Instagram has mostly included glamour-related subject, took the the project of depicting the various lives from the very streets of the state, and the result was purely magical.

Here was the Photog was quoted saying by Indiatimes:

“I found them interesting. You can see the pain and struggle on their face. It is very real picture of humanity. Photographing the people I see on the streets has made me fall in love with the human life. It has taught me that each human we see on the street is going through his/her own struggle and that their life carries value.”
