After Ranbir Kapoor donned the many looks of Sanjay Dutt’s life, in his wicked transformation to look like the troubled star, for his portrayal in ‘Sanju’ , there’s another biopic which is being talked about for a near-perfect real-to-reel transformation of it’s lead character.
It is Vijay Ratnakar Gutte-directed political drama, The Accidental Prime minister – which features veteran actor Anupam Kher, reprising the role of the country’s former PM – Dr. Manmohan Singh.
While people have already talked about how Kher looks and acts so much like the former prime minister, going by the initial pictures and shots, it is now actress Suzanne Bernert – who is seen portraying the character of, Congress-chief, Sonia Gandhi – that has made people gush over the subject in anticipation.
In a recently “leaked” viral video from the movie’s shoot, the two actors were seen enjoying some tea and snack behind the camera – still in the get-ups of their respective characters, and it literally made us rub our eyes.

‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ – is based on a 2014-released book of the same name by writer Sanjaya Baru.
The movie also stars Akshaye Khanna, Aahana Kumra and Arjun Mathur – who will reprising the script’s pivotal roles of Baru, Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, respectively.
The movie is scheduled for a release on December 7th.
