Actor Siddharth inspires people to take #KeralaDonationChallenge to help those affected by the floods!

For those of you who do not now – Siddharth is one of the most socially conscious Indian celebs out there who’s constantly striving to give back to the society in more ways than one.

The ‘Rang De Basanti’ actor has previously showed his support to various social causes, not only through words, but also through his actions – by being out-there himself, whichever little-big ways he could.

The recent flood-tragedy to take over Kerala is no exception to that.

When a bunch of people seem to be infatuated with the ‘KikiChallenge’, shooting viral clippings of themselves dancing along the pace of a moving car, Siddharth has given people #KeralaDonationChallenge prompting them to do their part by donating whatever they can to help better the situation in the troubled state.

“I dare you. I beg of you!,” the actor wrote on his Tweet. “What do I have to do to make you read and share this?”

“I did the #KeralaDonationChallenge…It was awesome!” – he further added.

Urging people to donate whatever amount they can to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund, Siddharth also asks people to spread the word with their loved ones, so more people can join-in on his ‘Challenge’



Needless to say, several people responded positively and contributed to the cause, doing their bit to aid the helpless victims of the natural disaster.

Now that is called enabling a change!
