The late Sridevi’s daughter, Jahnvi and Shahid Kapoor’s brother, Ishaan Khattar aren’t the only “star-kids” making their ‘fully-backed-up’ debut in Bollywood, thanks to their reliable ‘jaan-pehchaan.’

From Chunkey Pandey’s daughter, Ananya Pandey to SRK’s son Aryan Khan – the list of those industry-backed kids, already eyeing for their big-screen debut is pretty long.

Standing somewhere in that privileged queue is Saif Ali Khan’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan who all set to make her Bollywood debut this year with the Abhishek Kapoor-directed drama, Kedarnath.

The 24 year old aspirant is Saif’s eldest ‘kid’ and will be seen alongside Sushant Singh Rajput in her maiden venture.

Saif, seems almost certain that his daughter’s career is only going to get brighter and that she’s bound to do good for herself in the movie-biz.

While speaking to a leading daily on the subject, the ‘Omkara’ actor said:

“I am confident she will do very well. She is in the right hands. I am not nervous anymore.”

‘Kedarnath’ is said to revolve around a couple who fall-in love in the backdrop of the notorious Kedarnath flash-flood-tragedy of 2013.

Co-star Sushant too seems confident about Sara’s prospects:

“She knows her craft well and is confident about her way ahead,” he said. “I am sure she will do well.”

Going by the strong numbers Jahnvi Kapoor’s ‘Dhadak’ has managed to pull-in at the box office this past weekend, there’s little reason to doubt the potential Sara holds to make Kedarnath a success as well.
