Only few days ago, Irrfan Khan warmed and consoled the hearts of his countless fans, when he updated his Twitter profile picture with a latest shot of himself.
The actor, who’s currently going through a strenuous treatment for cancer has taken time away from his job in Bollywood, seeking to get rid of the disease by experts in London.
Being away from the limelight and sharing little information about the progress in his treatment and news of his well-being, every single appearance the actor makes in public – mostly through his social media platforms, strikes a chord with his well-wishers, who’re all eager to know about the ongoing state of his treatment and his possible return to work.
The actor – whose upcoming flick, ‘Karwaan’ is already lined-up for release, has not been able to actively participate in the promotions of the same, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t talk about it through his social media handles, every chance he gets.
Considering the actor’s improving, yet frail condition, the makers of the movie recently decided to host a special screening of the movie at London’s business centre Henry Wood House.
The movie’s dialogue writer spoke on the experience and Irrfan’s reaction after viewing the final cut of the movie for the first time:

“He seemed happy to see me. His wife (Sutapa Sikdar) and some close friends were also present at the screening. After the film, we spoke about it. He had some minor suggestions for the team but overall, his family and he seemed pretty pleased.”
Take your time healing Irrfan. We can’t wait to see you back again!
