The much awaited debut of the late Sridevi’s elder daughter, Jahnvi Kapoor is now just round the corner.
The very first full-fledged trailer of her very debut venture – ‘Dhadak’, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and co-starring debutant Ishaan Khattar (Shahid Kapoor’s brother), was unveiled today and it is certain to leave you with the ‘feels.’
A Hindi-adaptation of a Marathi super-hit flick, entitled ‘Sairat’ – the flick is primarily a romantic-drama and has previously been remade in a number of other languages like Kannada, Odia, Punjabi & Bengali.

‘Sairat’ was not only the first Marathi flick to cross the 100-crore mark at the world-wide box office, it also stands as the top-rated flick in the language on IMDB – so it is obvious people would have high expectations with the Hindi adaptation of the same.

‘Dhadak’ is directed by Shashank Khaitan (known for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya and Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya) and is scheduled for a release on 20th July, 2018.
