It was earlier reported that Bollywood Queen Kangana Ranaut will be playing the Queen of Jhansi – Rani Laxmibai in an upcoming biopic.
A sketch-poster has been revealed on twitter from unofficial sources which might be her look from the highly-anticipated venture.

The Kangana Ranaut starrer was initially supposed to be directed by filmmaker Ketan Mehta, who previously directed the period drama – Mangal Pandey, but he opted out of the project due to discrepancies related to the language of the film.
It was reported that Mehta wanted to make the film in English for an international audience, but Kangana disagreed to it as she thought it might take away the authenticity of the script.
